Ultra Miniature Line of VCTCXO's |
Targeted at GPS applications, a new ultra miniature VCTCXO package is now available from Total Frequency Control (TFC). The TY series of smd oscillators measure only 2.5 x 2.0mm x 0.8mm(H) and is available in standard frequencies from 15 to 40MHz with an optional minimum pulling of +/-5.0ppm. TFC Marketing Manager, Craig Wells said: "Notable features of this compact and lightweight package are it's overall temperature stabilty as tight as +/-0.5ppm and/or an operating temperature range of -40 + 85 degC. An additional benefit is it's low phase noise, typically -115dBc with a 100Hz offset at 19.2MHz." Suitable for automated assembly, additional applications include WIMAX, WLAN and Mobile Phones. |
