TFC's new miniature VCXO's have now been released to enhance their existing VCXO range that are ideally suited for the miniaturisation of telecomunication applications.

Capable of acheiving frequencies ranging from 12MHz ~ 50MHz with a pullability of upto ±100ppm, the VX Series measure just 3.2x2.5mm and offer the smallest VCXO footprint in the industry. Combined with this, a wide choice of options are available from supply voltage (+1.8Vd.c. ~ +5.0Vd.c.) to logic output (HCMOS / TTL, CL 15pF or 50pF).

Tight overall tolerances are available as low as ±15ppm and suitable operating temperatures range from (0~+70)°C to (-40~+85)°C.
