TFC High-Frequency Programmable TCXO with LVCMOS and Fast Delivery - September 2016
Total Frequency Control announces their new TCXO; the TXF temperature compensated crystal oscillator. This TXF offers the output of LVCMOS, LVPECL and LVDS with the frequency range from 10MHz up to 1.4GHz, supplied in the incredibly small package of (3.2x2.5) mm.
Standard temperature stability of +/- 2.5ppm, over (-40 +85) °C. Choice of supply voltage +2.5 or +3.3V. Low current consumption (44 mA for LVPECL 622.080 MHz at 3.3V) and an integrated phase jitter performance of 1.0 pS RMS.
This TFX is an ideal product for engineering project with low cost and fast delivery because it may program to any frequency output required, and also support any volume production.
Applications include GPS, Mobile communications including 3G and WI-FI.
